He advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters including startups, buying and selling companies, reorganizations, financing, commercial leasing and other contractual agreements. He works closely with accountants and other professional advisors to deliver outstanding results.

Steve’s broad experience in all aspects of business law have provided him with the knowledge and expertise to understand the challenges facing today’s businesses, both large and small.

Steve holds an LL.B (Hons.) as well as an LL.M in Corporate & Commercial Law, the latter from the University of London. He originally qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and practised with large international law firms in London, Hong Kong, Oslo and Vancouver before relocating to the Shuswap in 2016.

Steve is an avid cross-country skier, a member of both Larch Hills and Sovereign Lake Nordic Clubs, a long distance hiker. mountaineer and world traveller. He serves as a director on the Shuswap Trail Alliance Board and loves spending time with his family.
